Labels for your boxes, bags and suitcases are coming soon!

There are currently two large blank spaces on our purpose-built shipping boxes — these areas don't require your attention at the moment. However, soon, our customers will receive stickers with their orders to fill in and place either over this area or on any of their own boxes, bags, and suitcases to make numbering shipping containers even easier.

Why is it important to label your boxes, bags and suitcases?

To comply with worldwide customs regulations, each Seven Seas Worldwide job must have a completed Inventory Packing List — a detailed record of every item in your shipment. You can access and complete your inventory via your online account.

Once you've packed each container with your possessions, assign it a number and enter it into your online inventory. Numbering your boxes and bags makes it easier for customs officials to identify which container they need to inspect (if necessary), helps you pack your shipment and allows us to successfully track and monitor the movement of your goods wherever they are worldwide.

How do I label my containers?

Once your first box is full and you've recorded its contents in your online inventory, take a blank sticker and write "1" next to "item no." with your complimentary marker pen. Repeat the process until each box, bag or suitcase is packed and numbered. Once you know the total number of containers, add that number next to the "of total" section on every sticker.
